BookCoverZone.com provides pre-made book covers and custom book cover design services for e-books and print. Features of the service include browsing, customization, and purchase of pre-made book covers.
2. Use of Service
The Service is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old. Users may browse available book covers and select one for purchase. Each book cover is unique and sold only once.
3. Customization and Ownership
Upon purchasing a cover, buyers are permitted to customize the text of the cover using tools provided on the website. The purchased book cover design will exclusively belong to the buyer, with no further reproduction rights retained by Elo Software.
4. Purchases
All purchases are final, non-refundable, and provide you with a single, exclusive use license to the book cover design.
Each cover is sold only once. After a purchase, that cover is removed from our catalog.
Purchases can be made through PayPal using Elo Software's PayPal Business Account.
By completing a transaction, you warrant that you are legally authorized to make the payment and enter this agreement.
5. Payment
Payments made through Elo Software's PayPal Business Account are subject to PayPal's terms and conditions, which you agree to adhere to by purchasing a cover through the Service.
6. Delivery
Upon successful payment, buyers will be able to render and download the book cover without watermarks for their use.
7. Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not provided once a purchase is made.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon purchase, the exclusive intellectual property rights of the cover design are transferred to you for the purpose of book publishing.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use the cover for any other purpose than the book you name in the purchase process.
We reserve the right to showcase the sold cover designs in our portfolio and marketing material.
9. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service in a lawful manner and respect the intellectual property rights of the designs and other users.
Any unauthorized use of the designs or the Service may terminate the permissions granted by these Terms.
10. Account Security
If you create an account on BookCoverZone.com, you are responsible for safeguarding the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account.
11. Limitation of Liability
Elo Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service or any products purchased.
